Brian Castleman

With over 35 years of community banking experience in western Oregon, Brian has been a member of the Oregon Pacific Bank Commercial Lending team since 2005. As Senior Commercial Lender he supervises the commercial lending staff in Florence and manages commercial client relationships.

Mike Webb

Mike has been a member of the Oregon Pacific Bank lending team since 1998 where he started as a branch sales manager, and quickly moved into lending.  He has been an assistant vice president since 2004 and currently specializes in construction lending. After graduating from Oregon State University in 1986, he worked in retail store management, construction and real estate related sales, and finally settled in banking in 1998.  He is actively involved in the community as an elected board member for Western Lane Ambulance District, and a member of Kiwanis.
