A.V.P., Commercial Relationship Manager NMLS #402704 Mike has been a member of the Oregon Pacific Bank lending team since 1998 where he started as a branch sales manager, and quickly moved into lending. He has been an assistant vice president since 2004 and currently specializes in construction lending. After graduating from Oregon State University in 1986, he worked in retail store management, construction and real estate related sales, and finally settled in banking in 1998. He is actively involved in the community as an elected board member for Western Lane Ambulance District, and a member of Kiwanis. “Clients are the primary reason I come to work every day. Patricia Riley, J.D. & C.T.F.A. Pat has over 20 years of trust administrative and investment experience, first with Bank of America, then with Union Bank of California, and most recently with Oregon Pacific Bank. Pat received a B.A. and a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University and her law degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. She attended the National Graduate Trust School in Evanston, Ill. and is an Honors Graduate.
