Brian Castleman

Brian has 35 years of banking experience for the most part in Southern Oregon. For the past four years Brian has been Senior Commercial Lender at Oregon Pacific Bank supervising the commercial lending staff in Florence and managing customer relationships.

Mike Webb
AVP Commercial & Construction Lender

Mike has been a member of the Oregon Pacific Bank lending team since 1998 where he started as a branch sales manager, and quickly moving into lending.  He has been an assistant vice president since 2004 and currently specializes in construction lending. After graduating from Oregon State University in 1986, he worked in retail store management, construction and real estate related sales, and finally settled in banking in 1998.  He is actively involved in the community as an elected board member for Western Lane Ambulance District, and a member of Kiwanis.
