In Case Your Debit Card Falls Into the Wrong Hands . . .  

It’s very important to protect your debit card by enrolling your card in Verified by Visa. The Verified by Visa program helps prevent fraudulent use of your debit card.

Verified by Visa adds another layer of security for online purchases by prompting you to submit a password at checkout that is known only to you. This added benefit is available to our clients at no cost.  Even if you do not shop online, protect your Visa debit card with Verified by Visa to prevent fraudulent use by others.

Notice of Changes in Temporary FDIC Insurance Coverage for Transaction Accounts

All funds in a “noninterest-bearing transaction account” are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market deposit accounts.

Sweep arrangements and preauthorized transfers resulting in funds being transferred to an interest-bearing account will not be eligible for the unlimited coverage, but will be insured under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

The MoneyPass network is all about convenience. Well, it just got a little more convenient for you to find surcharge-free ATM's while you are out and about. The new MoneyPass ATM Locator app for the Apple iPhone can be used anywhere to find the nearest MoneyPass ATM.

All you have to do is visit the iPhone App Store and download the free MoneyPass ATM Locator. The app provides the same user friendly search capabilities as the online locator. The app is easy to use and you can even locate ATMs from your exact current location. ATM information can be sent to your email address and directions to the ATM can be mapped.
