Oregon Pacific Bank’s Board of Directors is made up of local community members and business professionals. We carefully select our Directors from the local communities we serve and are proud to have their leadership and guidance for the mission of our organization.


 

Jon Thompson
Chairman of the Board 2019 - Present, Director since 2004

Business Owner, Coast Broadcasting

Jon is the general manager and owner of Coast Broadcasting Company in Florence. KCST & KFCM Radio are Florence’s only locally owned and operated commercial radio stations serving the community since 1988. Jon has been active in the Florence community for three decades serving as a member of the board on numerous charitable organizations and is currently serving on the board of the Friends of Florence. He is a past president of Florence Area Chamber of Commerce and previously recognized as Florence First Citizen. Jon was named 2016 Broadcaster of the Year by the Oregon Association of Broadcasters.

Dan Jones
Vice Chair 2019 - Present, Director since 2014

Business Owner, DJ Financial

Dan has a degree in accounting, which led him to a varied public and private work history as a CPA and Registered Investment Advisor. He currently owns and operates his own tax and investment advisory practice, DJ Financial, which is based out of Roseburg and provides services to clients throughout western Oregon. Dan and his family reside in Roseburg and enjoy the many outdoor opportunities available in Douglas County.

Joe Benetti
Director since 2015

Business Owner, Benetti’s Italian Fine Foods

Joe grew up in Reno, Nevada, but fell in love with Oregon’s Bay Area during a trip up the Oregon Coast and in 1979 he opened Benetti’s Italian Restaurant Coos Bay. Aside from running a business, Joe served on the Coos Bay City Council from 1998 to 2006 and was Mayor of Coos Bay from 2000 through 2006. Joe currently serves on the Coos County Airport District board and is the former chairman. He also joined the Coos County Urban Renewal Agency in 2012 and was re-elected as Mayor of Coos Bay in November of 2016.

Tim Campbell

Partner and Owner of Campbell Commercial Real Estate

Born and raised in Eugene, Tim has been a local fixture of the community for over 45 years. Tim attended the University of Oregon and then went to work at a large national commercial real estate firm in Seattle Washington for a few years. Returning home in 1995, Tim and his brother took over the family business and have been running the commercial real estate and management firm since growing it into what it is today. Remaining active and committed to Eugene, is currently on the Board of Downtown Eugene, Inc and Economic Development Oregon.

Ron Green

President and Chief Executive Officer of Oregon Pacific Bank

Ron was hired in July 2007 as Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer for the Bank, and was appointed as President and CEO in August 2013. Ron currently serves as Board member for Peace Harbor Community Health, United Way of Lane County, and Oregon Bankers Association. He is also active with the Florence Rotary Club. Ron is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and has been in banking since 1989.

CPA Partner at Hoffman, Stewart & Schmidt, PC (HSS)

Jason Hall serves as a CPA Partner at Hoffman, Stewart & Schmidt, PC (HSS) located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. HSS is a prominent CPA firm specializing in providing assurance and tax services primarily supporting construction, not-for-profit organizations, and various small businesses. A graduate of Portland State University in 2000, Jason holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. He specializes in offering financial statement and tax consulting services to a diverse clientele of small to mid-sized organizations based in the Portland metropolitan area. Jason remains dedicated to charitable causes, primarily through donations and volunteer coaching. His major charitable contributions are often directed towards the Chelsea Hicks Foundation, a charity focusing on bringing joy to children with long-term illnesses in hospitals.

Kerrie Johnson

Kerrie Johnson moved to the Eugene community in 1988 to attend the University of Oregon, where she received a double major in Marketing and Finance. She spent over 10 years as an Escrow Officer before working in Private Money Lending. In 2005, she became a Partner at Gallic & Johnson Financial and later purchased and rebranded the company as Blue-inc. Capital. She also owns and manages Accu-Pay Servicing, LLC, a private loan servicing company. Kerrie is a long-time member of the Eugene Downtown Rotary Club, including serving two years as a Board Member. She currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Seva Dog Rescue and Rehabilitation. In 2021, her company established the ‘Blue-inc. Gives’ program, awarding donations to local non-profit organizations nominated by her employees each quarter.

Bob Mans, OD

Co-Owner of Florence Eye Clinic

Bob has been practicing Optometry at the Florence Eye Clinic for over 20 years. He is actively involved in the field of his profession, as a member of the American Optometric Association, a member of the Optometric Physician’s Associate Board from 1996 to 2008, and currently serving his last year as Board President on the Oregon Board of Optometry. Bob is also actively involved in the community, especially in supporting youth services. Aside from supporting the Boys and Girls Club and the Siuslaw Athletic Booster Club, Bob was a board member for the ABC Preschool and a member of the Siuslaw School District Budget Committee for a three year term.

Angelique Whitlow

Chief Financial Officer at Hunter-Davisson, Inc.

Angelique Whitlow serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hunter-Davisson, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing financial operations. Angelique manages the business department handling accounts receivable and payable, cash flow, and job cost accounting with a team of five. Her expertise includes producing financial statements and managing relationships with external partners like banks, CPA firms, and legal advisors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Computer Science minor from Linfield College and is a Certified Construction Financial Industry Professional (CCIFP) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Committed to community service, Angelique actively serves on boards, including DoveLewis as Vice Chair, soon-to-be Chair. Her contributions extend to Campfire, the Construction Financial Management Association, and the Associated General Contractors, Oregon Columbia Chapter.

Robbie Wright

Hyak Founder, General Manager

Aside from managing Hyak, an internet service provider in Florence, Robbie also works as an Information Technology and Security advisor for the financial services industry; supporting small banks and credit unions with information security, managed services, and cloud-based technology. Robbie has held his CISSP certification since 2017. He has been appointed to the Bank’s Information Security and Technology Steering Committee and will represent the Board in supporting the Bank’s mission to grow our technological presence while being mindful of security from the constant changing cyber landscape.

Rick Yecny

Certified Public Accountant, Holloway and Associates CPAs

Rick currently works at Holloway and Associates in Florence as a dedicated CPA. Prior to his work at Holloway and Associates, Rick served as a principal shareholder of the CPA firm Davis, Yecny & McCulloch, P.C. from 1982 to 2000. Following this, he embarked on a new chapter as Chief Financial Officer, then Chief Administrative Officer at PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center, where he dedicated his skills and expertise from 2001 to 2017. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively participates in several community organizations, serving on the board of directors at Central Lincoln Public Utility District. Additionally, Rick holds the position of board member and Treasurer at the Rotary Club of Florence and proudly serves as the President of the Board for the Friends of Florence, a nonprofit organization that facilitates cancer treatment transportation in Western Lane County.

Business Owner, R&R King Logging


Bob is the President and a principal shareholder of R&R King Logging, Inc., a logging company in Florence, Oregon, since 1967. In addition, he is part owner of King Land & Cattle, LLC, a cattle ranch in the Florence area. Bob serves on the Oregon State Athletic Scholarship Board and serves as liaison for the OSU School of Forestry.
