COVID-19: A message from Oregon Pacific Bank

At Oregon Pacific Bank, our primary concern is the health and well-being of our staff, clients and the communities we serve. We are monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are taking action to minimize community spread of the virus.

As you know, the continued best practice is to carefully wash your hands throughout the day, avoid touching your face, skip large crowds if you are in the at-risk population and stay home if you are not feeling well.

In addition to encouraging our employees and clients to follow these best practices, we have taken internal measures to limit the spread of any exposure, including regular disinfection of frequently used areas.  We have also modified our sick pay policy so that, should the need arise, infected employees can stay home without fearing for their employment.

We encourage our clients who wish to practice “social distancing”, or who are not feeling well, to consider using our digital banking services. Information on our online and mobile banking services can be found on our website at www.opbc.com.  With our digital services you can view balances, make transfers, initiate payments and communicate digitally with our support staff. With our mobile app, the same services are available plus the availability of depositing checks via your device’s camera. Many of our offices have drive-through tellers and ATM machines. Please consider these options for basic banking transactions. You may also call us at 800-997-7121 if you need assistance.

We also understand that there may be instances where our clients find themselves facing financial difficulties. Oregon Pacific Bank is here to help and we encourage clients who may be impacted to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.

We will continue to be flexible and responsive to this rapidly changing situation.  We assure you that we will maintain our focus on Keeping the Promise we make every day to our Communities, Clients, Coworkers and Shareholders, always being mindful of the impact of our decisions. If we need to modify our hours or temporarily close branch locations, these announcements will be made on our website at www.opbc.com and through the Bank’s various social media pages.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions. My direct phone number is 541-902-9800.

Sincerely,

Ron Green President, CEO of Oregon Pacific Bank
