Loan Support Manager (Eugene/Florence) – Req. # 181918

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Loan Support Team! As Loan Support Manager, you would be responsible for overall loan operations management and oversight of our loan support staff. This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

What we prefer:

  • Minimum of 10 years current and progressive experience within a lending environment

  • Excels at collaborating with others, with excellent organizational and communications skills

  • Demonstrated ability to digest complex issues and develop creative solutions

  • Excellent decision-making and problem solving abilities in a fast paced environment


What your job looks like:

  • Responsible for building and retaining a high-performance loan support team, ensuring department meets organizational goals

  • Travel between Oregon Pacific Bank branches and locations as needed
  • Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with loan software applications

  • Supervise all aspects of loan servicing, including processing, servicing, accounting, and reporting functions

  • Work with clients as needed, delivering the highest level of customer service

  • Design and administer system processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Promote efficient and correct workflow, while establish positive working relationships across the organization
