Will I need to download a new Mobile Banking app?

  • Yes. Part of our banking service upgrade includes a brand new Mobile Banking application.

When can I download the new Mobile Banking app?

  • On Monday, May 8th, once iTunes and Google Play approves our new app, it will be available for download.
  • You can visit the app store compatible with your device, or find the links directly from www.opbc.com.
  • Existing Mobile Banking clients will also be notified via email once the new app is live in both iTunes and Google Play stores.

When will my existing Mobile Banking app stop working?

  • Your existing Mobile Banking app will be disabled as of 1:00pm on Friday, May 5th.
  • You can uninstall and remove your existing app from your device once you successfully install and login to our new app on 05/08/2017.

Do I need to re-enroll in Mobile Banking?

  • Current Mobile Banking users will remain enrolled in Mobile Banking and do not need to sign up again.
  • Clients new to Mobile Banking will need to fill out our Online Banking enrollment form and login to Online Banking at least once in order to login to the app.

How do I login to Mobile Banking?

  • Existing users can login using their current User ID and Password.
  • You may be prompted to login to Online Banking first to reset your password.
  • Clients new to Mobile Banking will need to fill out our Online Banking enrollment form and login to Online Banking at least once in order to login to the app.

What new features can I expect?

  • Enhanced login security.
  • New look and feel with better navigation.
  • Direct messaging features between the client and Oregon Pacific Bank within the app.
  • Ability to block and unblock your ATM/Debit card if you lose it or if fraud is suspected.
  • Bill Pay system with enhanced features, including Picture Pay.
  • Improved Mobile Deposit service.
  • Functionality for business clients to use Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit*. (*Only the Primary Business Administrator will be able to use Mobile Deposit for Business Users.)

What devices are compatible with the new Mobile Banking app?

  • Our new Mobile Banking app is fully compatible with both Android and iPhone operating systems.
