07/10/2018: New Eugene Branch Location
Oregon Pacific Bank Announces New Branch Location
Oregon Pacific Bank has signed a lease for the property located at 59 East 11th Ave in downtown Eugene and is in the process of planning a remodel, with the goal of opening the new branch in Fall of 2018. The Bank’s current office at 975 Oak Street in Suite 625 of the Eugene Citizen’s building will be vacated once the new branch is open, and all staff will move into the new location on East 11th. Oregon Pacific Bank will be residing in the ground floor and the lower garden level, and is excited to share the space with their new neighbors Besemann Valentine LLP who will remain on the second story in Suite 200.
“We are beyond excited to announce this opportunity,” says Ron Green, President & CEO of Oregon Pacific Bank. “As we continue to grow to meet the needs of our Eugene community, we are happy to be able to offer a more robust experience, with the convenience of a ground-level branch.”
Oregon Pacific Bank is currently working with Rowell Brokaw Architects, PC to redesign the building’s interior and give it a fresh, distinctive look that will be aesthetically pleasing to both clients and employees. Exterior signage for the building is being designed and produced by FASTSIGNS Eugene.
“Our intent is to freshen up the new building to create a space that is efficient, functional, and pleasing to the eye,” Ron Green explains. “We are pulling talent and experience internally from our employees to help structure the branch in a way that will exceed our client’s expectations. Our partners at Rowell Brokaw have been exceptional in creating an interior design that we hope will make the community want to visit our branch just for the feel of it.”
The new Eugene branch will also feature many amenities that the Bank’s current office is unable to provide, including designated parking spaces for clients, a drive-up lane, drive-up deposit taking ATM, and a night depository. Even though the branch will be better equipped to meet the retail needs of the Bank’s clients, the Professional Banking focus will still be prevalent.
The Eugene branch will allow Oregon Pacific Bank to strengthen its position within Lane County as a whole, while the Bank remains committed to all the communities it serves. Oregon Pacific Bank intends to enduringly remain headquarter within the Bank’s founding community of Florence, Oregon.
