Ron Green
President, Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer since 2013, Chief Credit Officer 2007-2013

Ron was hired in July 2007 as Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer for the Bank, and was appointed as President and CEO in August 2013. Ron serves as chair of the Peace Harbor Medical Center Community Board of Directors, as Board President of the Siuslaw Valley Fire and Rescue, on the Lane Community College Advisory Board, is active with the Rotary Club of Florence, and is a strong supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Western Lane County. Ron is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and has been in banking since 1989.

Amber White
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer since 2017

Amber joined Oregon Pacific Bank in 2017 after seven years of experience at Pacific Continental Bank where she previously worked as Vice President and Controller, overseeing the company’s financial and regulatory reporting. Amber also has experience as the Controller for Citizens Bank in Corvallis and as Staff Accountant for the Eugene office of Moss Adams, LLP, where she earned her CPA license in 2008. She is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.

Margaret Tibbets
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer

Chief Administrative Officer since 2019

A seventh generation Oregonian, Margaret grew up in the small town of Maupin, Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Margaret has a strong background in enterprise risk management, I.T. strategy, and bank operations, including deposit operations, treasury management, and loan operations. In addition to direct operational experience, Margaret is also highly skilled when it comes to community development, including fundraising with non-profits. Margaret recently served on the Campaign Cabinet for United Way of Lane County, and has been involved in United Way for many years as a campaign organizer and fundraiser. Her most recent efforts helped to raise millions of dollars in funds for the fire relief efforts in Northern California during the Fire Storms of 2019.

Bob Edstrom
Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

Chief Credit Officer since 2014

Bob has spent the last 25 years of his professional life working with a number of community banks, primarily in the role of senior lender and chief credit officer, before being hired as Chief Credit Officer for Oregon Pacific Bank in April 2014. Bob grew up in Pine Island, Minnesota and earned a degree in Forestry from the University of Washington in Seattle. He spent a number of years working for the Bureau of Land Management, the US Forest Service, and the Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission before moving back to Minnesota to work for his family’s manufacturing business. He received his MBA degree from the University of St. Thomas and then transitioned into what would become a career in the banking industry.

John Raleigh

Chief Lending Officer since 2018

John joined Oregon Pacific Bank in 2018 after 8 years of working at Pacific Continental Bank/Columbia Bank where he was previously a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader, overseeing the commercial lending activity of the company’s Lane County market. Prior to working at Pacific Continental, John worked for Umpqua Bank in a similar role for 11 years. John has worked in the Eugene/Springfield banking community since 1992. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jay Boelter
Executive Vice President, Director of Trust and Wealth Management Services

Director of Trust and Wealth Management Services since 2014

Jay grew up in Montana and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. Jay received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver Tax Program. He is currently a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Washington State Bar, and the United States Tax Court. He is also a member of the Estate Planning and Administration Section of the Oregon State Bar and has served as a Section Planner.
