What do I need to do to prepare?

*We will be updating our systems May 5th through May 7th, with a go-live date of May 8th. During this time, accessibility to your accounts may be affected*

We are working hard behind the scenes to make this transition as seamless as possible.

The end result will bring improved technology and enhancements on your end, and will also allow us to work with a better system to deliver you higher quality service!

Important information and account availability notices:

For Online Banking Users

We will be transitioning to an enhanced Online Banking platform with a brand new look and new features, including card alerts, direct messaging, and improved Bill Pay.

Some important dates to remember:

  • Monday, May 1stLast day to enroll in any Online Banking account(s) or features until May 8th.
  • Monday, May 1stBill Pay services will be temporarily disabled until May 8th, but payments can be scheduled up to 5/5/2017.
  • Friday, May 5th at 1:00pmPersonal Online Banking will be temporarily disabled and set to “inquiry only” mode until May 8th.
  • Friday, May 5th at 1:00pmBusiness Online Banking will be temporarily disabled until May 8th.
  • Monday, May 8th – Visit to login to our new Online Banking system with your existing login information and verify your information.

For Mobile Banking Users

Our upgrade will feature a brand new Mobile Banking app with increased security, functionality for both personal and business clients, options to block your ATM/Debit card, and more.

Current Mobile Banking users should be able to login and access your accounts as soon as the new app is installed on your device.

If you are new to Mobile Banking, you will need to enroll via your Online Banking account or contact Oregon Pacific Bank.

Some important dates to remember:

  • Friday, May 5th – Mobile Banking will be temporarily disabled
  • Monday, May 8th – You will need to visit to download the new Mobile Banking app.
  • Monday, May 8th – Once you have the new Mobile Banking app installed and have logged in successfully, you can delete the old app from your device.

For Current Cardholders

We will be issuing brand new ATM/Debit cards with a new card number to all current cardholders.

Our new ATM/Debit cards will come with enhanced security and features, including the ability to block and unblock your card from Online or Mobile Banking and to enable card alerts based on specific parameters you set.

Some important dates to remember:

  • April 24th to May 8th – You will receive your new ATM/Debit card and PIN mailed to you separately, with activation instructions included. *You will NOT be able to activate your new card until May 8th, so please keep your existing card until then.
  • Monday, May 8th – Existing ATM/Debit cards are no longer active.
  • Monday, May 8th – New ATM/Debit cards can be activated will be available for use.

For Business Owners

Our update will include enhanced functionality and technology for our business clients, including improved cash management services and Mobile Banking capabilities for business clients.

Some important dates to remember:

  • Month of April – Oregon Pacific Bank will be in contact with business clients who currently have Expanded Online Services to work towards a seamless transition and identify a Primary Business Administrator.
  • Monday, May 1st – Last day for Quicken or QuickBooks users to download history for retention.
  • Monday, May 1st – Check your accounts to ensure no ACH or billing payments are set up to go beyond 5/5/2017. (Automatic transfers scheduled to proceed on 5/8/2017 or later are acceptable)
  • Friday, May 5th at 1:00pm – Business Online Banking will be temporarily disabled, including all expanded features such as payroll and wire transfers.
  • Friday, May 5th at 1:00pm – Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) will be temporarily disabled.
  • Monday, May 8th – The designated Business Online Banking Administrator can login to our new Online Banking system through to set up Secondary Users, assign user privileges, and verify account information.
  • Monday, May 8th – RDC clients will need to install new software to their computers to use our new RDC system.
