May 8th Service Upgrade – What’s New?

We have upgraded our banking services for an enhanced user experience.


For Online Banking Users

We will be transitioning to an enhanced Online Banking platform with a brand new look and new features, including card alerts, direct messaging, and improved Bill Pay.

Current Online Banking users can login to our new Online Banking system with your existing username and password.

What’s New:

  • Visit to login to our new Online Banking system with your existing login information and verify your information.
  • Explore our new Online Banking features and verify your account and Bill Pay information.

For Mobile Banking Users

Our upgrade will feature a brand new Mobile Banking app with increased security, functionality for both personal and business clients, options to block your ATM/Debit card, and more.

Current Mobile Banking users should be able to login and access your accounts as soon as the new app is installed on your device.

What’s New:

  • Visit to download the new Mobile Banking app.
  • Once you have the new Mobile Banking app installed and have logged in successfully, you can delete the old app from your device.

For Current Cardholders

We will be issuing brand new ATM/Debit cards with a new card number to all current cardholders.

Our new ATM/Debit cards will come with enhanced security and features, including the ability to block and unblock your card from Online or Mobile Banking and to enable card alerts based on specific parameters you set.

What’s New:

  • Activate your new ATM/Debit card by calling the 1-888 number listed on the card sticker, or visit any ATM
  • Once your new card has been activated, securely dispose of your old card

For Business Owners

Our update will include enhanced functionality and technology for our business clients, including improved cash management services and Mobile Banking capabilities for business clients.

What’s New:

  • The designated Business Online Banking Administrator can login to our new Online Banking system through to set up Secondary Users, assign user privileges, and verify account information.
  • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) clients will need to install new software to their computers to use our new RDC system.
