07/01/2019: Welcome Megan Horvath to our Eugene Team
Oregon Pacific Bank Announces New Hire in Eugene Market
Oregon Pacific Bank is thrilled to announce the addition of Megan Horvath as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager. Megan is a talented addition to the Bank’s growing Eugene commercial lending team. Megan will be assisting businesses and nonprofit agencies in the Eugene and Springfield area with their borrowing and cash management needs.
“We couldn’t be happier to have Megan join our team,” says John Raleigh, EVP, Chief Lending Officer for Oregon Pacific Bank. “Megan joins us with a tremendous amount of banking experience and local area expertise. Not only will she strengthen our existing relationship banking team, Megan will help us to succeed in our mission as a community bank to create a better financial future for our clients and the community we serve.”
Megan joins Oregon Pacific Bank with a wealth of experience in the banking industry, including previous work as a credit analyst, manager of credit service, and project manager. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and finance concentration from University of Oregon, Megan has both the technical knowledge and local experience to meet the needs of the Eugene and Springfield business community.
“I find value in helping my clients solve problems and troubleshoot to find creative solutions,” Megan says, when asked what she enjoys about her career in banking. “Working closely with local businesses, assisting them to their end goal, and helping others achieve success is what I am passionate about. This is why joining a community bank feels like such a good match. I enjoy working with a smaller team that I can get to know, have input, be able to make decisions, and feel like I have a voice that matters within the organization.”
Outside of work, Megan is an active member of the local community. Most important to her is the work she has done with St. Vincent De Paul of Lane County as a member of their Finance Committee for over 9 years. Megan is also a very proud mom of two kids, ages six and three, with the oldest starting ballet just this last year.
