We welcome applications for sponsorship requests that will be considered for the upcoming fiscal year.
Application Submission Period: The application window for the 2024 fiscal year sponsorship and donation requests will open on August 22nd and close on November 1st.
Budget Allocation and Response Timeline: Please note that our sponsorship and donation program operates within an annual budget. As such, while we eagerly await your requests, we are unable to provide responses until our budget for the fiscal year is officially approved. Rest assured, once the budget is finalized, we will diligently review all submitted applications and communicate our decisions in a timely manner.
Request Limit: We are pleased to consider requests for sponsorship and donations of up to $2,500.
Priority Focus Areas: We prioritize requests that align with our core focus areas.
- Youth Empowerment: Programs that nurture the growth, education, and well-being of young individuals.
- Community Wellness: Initiatives that enhance physical and mental health within our communities.
- Environmental Sustainability: Projects dedicated to preserving and restoring our natural environment.
- Housing: Initiatives that address housing needs and promote stable, safe living environments.
- Local Economic Development: Programs that contribute to the growth and vitality of local economies.
- Animal Husbandry: Projects dedicated to animal welfare, care, and husbandry.
- Arts and Humanities: Initiatives that foster creativity, cultural enrichment, and community engagement through arts and humanities.
Intended Use of Funds: We prioritize requests that seek financial support for specific fundraising events or initiatives rather than contributing to operational budgets. Our focus is on assisting non-profit organizations in their efforts to raise funds for impactful projects, community programs, and essential services.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for consideration, all requests must meet the following criteria:
- The proposed project or initiative should directly benefit the communities currently served by Oregon Pacific Bank. We recommend reviewing our branch locations before submitting your application.
- The request should fall within one or more of our priority focus areas listed above.
- The requested funds should be explicitly designated for a fundraising event or initiative rather than being part of the organization’s operational budget.
Application Process:
- Complete the online application form during the specified submission period.
- Provide detailed information about the project or initiative, its goals, and the intended impact.
- Clearly explain how the request aligns with our priority focus areas and benefits the community.
- Include a budget breakdown that outlines how the funds will be used.
- Submit any additional supporting documents that provide relevant context or details about the request.
